Important Information for Country Camp in Øster Hurup 2026
We are excited to welcome you to Country Camp during Truckstop Festival 2026! To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience, please take note of the following practical information and rules:
1. Arrival and Check-in
Upon arrival at Country Camp, please visit the camping check-in, where we will scan your ticket, provide you with a festival wristband, and guide you to your designated spot.
Remember:
- A valid festival wristband or ID card must be worn visibly at all times.
- Without a valid access pass, entry to the camp or festival grounds is not permitted, and you may be asked to leave the area.
2. Ordering Breakfast Bread
You can order and pay for breakfast bread at the camping check-in. Please follow the designated times for ordering and pickup. A schedule with available selections and prices will be displayed at the check-in area.
3. Camping Rules
- A minimum distance of 3 meters must be maintained between tent guy lines.
- Parking: Only one car per camping unit. The car must be parked in front of your caravan, between you and your neighbor. Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot outside the fenced camping area.
- Driving on the campsite: Maximum speed limit is 10 km/h.
- Emergency access roads must always remain clear for emergency vehicles.
4. Grilling
Grilling is only allowed if no drought warning has been issued by the authorities. Please follow local safety regulations.
5. Waste and Fire Safety Equipment
- Please use the designated waste bins placed around the campsite. If a bin is full, notify the camp manager so it can be emptied.
- Fire extinguishers are located throughout the camp and are easily recognizable by their red color.
6. Music
- If you play music at the camp, keep it at a personal volume and be considerate of your neighbors.
- Loud music is not allowed, as we want to ensure a peaceful environment for all campers.
7. Trading
The sale of food, beverages, or any other goods at the campsite is strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion from the festival.
8. Shower and Toilet Facilities
There are high-quality shower and toilet facilities at the campsite. Please leave them in the same condition you wish to find them.
9. Grotten – The Camp Bar
Visit Grotten, the camp’s cozy bar, open from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Here, country music will be played from CDs, and spontaneous jam sessions often take place, providing entertainment for all.
Grotten opens when the music stops in the main festival tent.
10. Festival Grounds
- Food and beverages: It is not permitted to bring food or drinks into the festival grounds. Any such items will be confiscated at the entrances. The same rule applies to Grotten.
- Inside the festival area, there will be food and beverage stalls, as well as booths selling country & western merchandise.
11. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the main festival tent or in dining areas, as per legal requirements. This rule also applies to e-cigarettes.
12. Dogs
Dogs are not allowed inside the festival grounds. However, they are welcome at the campsite, provided they are kept on a leash.
13. Safety
Defibrillators and professional security staff will be present to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
